When we closed last game (which was FANTASTIC) I was told were were supposed to submit a letter of some kind to someone of what we may have learned, what we did, and anything else that your character may have done.
Who can I submit this to and is there a proper form that I should take?

Shortly (as soon as I kick Ben thoroughly) the PEL form will be available in the Character Generator. I will make a post to announce when it is ready.

Alright, I posted my letter a while ago! Am I supposed to gain CP so I can update my character online or does that happen next game? Because being at 2 hit points makes me have quicker reflexes but I want to go out and kick more butt!!
